ROLDA is an internationally supported nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating animal suffering, primarily in Romania. Our mission is to create a world free from unwanted, neglected, or abused animals by tackling the root causes of pet abandonment, providing rescue, shelter, and rehabilitation, and supporting responsible pet ownership in impoverished communities. Globally, ROLDA provides humanitarian aid during natural or human-made disasters like the war in Ukraine. ROLDA affiliates are registered as nonprofit organizations in several countries. Depending on where you reside, your donation may qualify for a tax deduction or benefit.
